The Institute of Design relies on the generous support of its alumni and friends throughout the year. This support is critical in helping the school maintain the best facilities for our students, launch new programs, and explore new opportunities.
Every gift - no matter what size - makes a difference. And of course, all gifts are tax deductible.
Directors Fund
In making a contribution to the ID Director's Fund, you will have an immediate impact on students, faculty, and staff. The Director's Fund is a versatile source of financial support for ID and sustains daily operations.
In addition to supporting operations, the Director's Fund enables ID to respond quickly to opportunities for new areas of research, send students abroad for design competitions, and host two recruitment events each year. Archive Fund
The ID Archive includes materials important not only of the history of ID but to the world of Design. The archive includes correspondence, objects, photographs, film, and video waiting to be catalogued and preserved. Planned Giving
Including the Institute of Design in your long term estate planning is one of the greatest gifts you can make to the school. IIT maintains a special department to assist you with this planning.
